Amy O’Neil

Amy O’Neil is an operator and entrepreneur with deep experience scaling venture and private equity backed consumer and business services companies. She is known for linking vision, strategy, and execution to drive growth, improve performance, and strengthen employee engagement, customer experience, and continuous improvement. She has led multiple successful exits, including Caribou Coffee’s IPO, and brings an owner’s mindset shaped by launching and operating her own restaurant company.

During her 16 years at Caribou Coffee, Amy helped scale the business into the second largest coffee chain in the U.S., with more than 500 stores, a domestic licensing program, and an international franchise platform. She also has hands on franchisee experience as an owner operator of Buffalo Wild Wings, Corner Bakery, Smashburger, and Wolfgang Puck.

As SVP of Operations at Restaurant Technologies, Amy led talent, customer, and productivity initiatives that improved turnover, customer satisfaction, and margins, contributing to the company’s successful acquisition by Goldman Sachs. Across her career, she has built a strong reputation for integrity, systems thinking, and developing high performing teams.
