Prior to founding 8 Pillars Capital, Patrick held several leadership roles within the investment organization at Lincoln Financial, most recently serving as Co-Head of its multi-billion-dollar buyout private equity portfolio.

At Lincoln, he was responsible for investment strategy, deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and execution of both fund commitments and direct investments globally. During his tenure, he led the evolution of the platform from a traditional 3rd party LP portfolio to one with a greater emphasis on direct deals and strategic initiatives.

Patrick also serves on multiple boards, including the Delaware Valley Children's Charity, a nonprofit supporting children and the arts.
