Ross Shepard is the CEO of MOSS, a first-of-its-kind functional beverage co-founded by actor and director Michael B. Jordan.

A 20+ year CPG veteran, Ross began his career at Boston Beer Company, the #1 craft brewer in the U.S., where he spent a decade receiving formal sales training and honing his expertise in execution and team leadership. He has since led sales for multiple startup brands across snacks, produce, and beverage, building a deep knowledge base across all channels.

Ross is passionate about the 0-to-1 phase of a business, where vision meets market opportunity. He lives in Brooklyn, NY, and is the father of two young children.
