Prior to founding 8 Pillars Capital, Sam was the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Ouroboros Group, a firm focused on consumer growth investments. The firm used an algorithmic strategy to identify quality opportunities.

At Generation Equity Capital, she worked on consumer, manufacturing, and distribution investments. Her earlier experience includes capital markets at Morgan Stanley, where she contributed to high-profile IPOs, and algorithm development for a quant hedge fund.

Sam serves on multiple non-profit boards, supporting education, the arts, and financial literacy for athletes.
