Prior to founding 8 Pillars Capital, Sam built a diverse investment background spanning consumer growth, capital markets, and quantitative strategies.

She worked at Generation Equity Capital, where she focused on investments across the consumer, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. She began her career in capital markets at Morgan Stanley, contributing to several high-profile IPOs, and later gained experience in algorithm development at a quantitative hedge fund.

In addition to her professional work, Sam serves on multiple nonprofit boards, where she supports initiatives in education, the arts, and financial literacy for athletes.
