Samantha Ory
Samantha brings a diverse investment background spanning consumer growth, capital markets, and quantitative strategy development. She has experience evaluating and executing investments across consumer, manufacturing, and distribution sectors, with earlier work at Morgan Stanley contributing to high-profile IPOs, as well as developing algorithms for a quantitative hedge fund.

Patrick was the co-head of the multi-billion-dollar buyout private equity portfolio at Lincoln Financial, where he led investment strategy, deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution of fund commitments and direct investments globally.

Immpana brings extensive experience in investment management, M&A, and private equity. She was previously the Chief Investment Officer at Koherent Inc. (family office) and executed on transactions totaling over $150 billion in enterprise value at Monitor Deloitte.
She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an M.Sc. in Management of Technology from NYU, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from SJCE, Mysore.

Armani is the Chief of Staff at 8 Pillars Capital. He previously worked at The Carlyle Group within Investor Relations, where he was also Junior Chair of the Pride Group and a member of the Black/Latinx Men's Leadership Committee. Before Carlyle, he was at Morgan Stanley in Debt Capital Markets, covering Consumer Retail & Industrials.
He holds a B.Sc. in Finance from Fordham University.
Jason Sibrian
Jason is the Chief Digital and Information Officer at 8 Pillars Capital. He previously worked as a senior software engineer for a healthcare focused SaaS company, before transitioning into the finance space. In that role, he designed and built ML/AI algorithms, tools, and platforms for investment-focused applications.
Jason also has experience as an independent consultant. He specialized in leading digital transformation strategies across healthcare, hospitality, and other consumer verticals.
He holds a B.A. in Computer Science with a specialization in AI and Cybersecurity from Harvard University.

Alberto Gentili
Alberto is a Research Associate at 8 Pillars Capital. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at McKinsey & Company in Milan, where he led strategic, M&A, and digital transformation engagements across transportation, insurance, and financial services. He also has experience at Tesla, focusing on fleet strategy, as well as broader work across business planning and operations in infrastructure and mobility.
He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, and a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.

Tom Nguyen is a Research Associate at 8 Pillars Capital. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Argand Partners, where he focused on Industrials and Consumer investments.
Earlier in his career, Tom was in M&A Investment Banking at Jefferies and also held roles at ABN AMRO and Cantor Fitzgerald.
Tom is currently pursuing his MBA at Columbia Business School and holds a B.Sc. with Distinction from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

Alex Burmeister is a Research Associate at 8 Pillars Capital. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Bain & Company in Frankfurt, where he led manufacturing and strategy workstreams for global automotive and infrastructure clients.
Earlier in his career, Alex gained experience in data science at SAP and has been active in the startup ecosystem as a mentor through venture capital programs, including EarlyBird Venture Capital.
Alex is currently pursuing his MBA at Columbia Business School and holds an M.Sc. from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
